Production and Manufacturing
We design frames to suit specific size and design requirements. The light steel frames are manufactured from 80% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable. The steel used is high quality and not susceptible to warping. It displays good thermal performance which makes for a sustainable construction.
Testing and inspections form a vital part of the process ensuring high quality at every stage. The pods are tested to meet all relevant regulations in relation to fire, acoustic and thermal performance and are also air pressure tested to 16 bars. Once all appliances are fitted these are also tested to ensure that all mechanical and electrical installations are in full working order.
